Officers check group walking along rural roadway

As discussed during the dispatch call, highway patrol was asked to check the area near Netherlands Road and South River Road in Clarksburg for a report of about eight to ten young men walking westbound along the roadway. It is unclear whether they were in the traffic lanes or on the shoulder.
