High speed pursuit of black Camaro through Freeport

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers reported a high speed pursuit of a black Chevy Camaro with no license plates that moved between highways near the river and then continued south on Freeport Road, crossing the Freeport Bridge into Yolo County and onto River Road. Radio traffic later indicated that no units were directly behind the vehicle.
