Reckless driver reported on parkway near Clarkson

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a complaint about a red Nissan SUV reportedly speeding and passing cars recklessly on the parkway near Clarkson, nearly hitting another vehicle. Deputies moved into the area, located the vehicle, and conducted a traffic stop near city hall.
