Man falls into water and struggles to swim at Lake Hudson

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a report of a man in his 40s or 50s who fell into the water near the boat launch at Lake Hudson off Murray Highway and was struggling and unable to swim. EMS and advanced life support units were dispatched to assist.
