Officer checks area after man asks about electricity

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer was requested to check the area near the 11200 block of 230th Street in Clear Lake for a possible suspicious older man who had been asking about electricity and then walked away toward Willow. The man was last reportedly seen near 230th at the lock and was described as having a white beard, a pink shirt, and black socks.
