Line down wrapped around sign at Park Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, responders investigated reports of a possible utility line down and wrapped around a sign near Park Avenue and South Seventh Street in Clearfield County. Units also responded to a separate call for a lift assist helping a man back into his home on Market Street in Reed Township.
