Non-resident youths reported at apartment clubhouse

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a juvenile complaint near an apartment complex on Glass Loop, where a property manager reported a group of non-resident juveniles gathered around a clubhouse and requested they be moved along.
