Small fire extinguished at Cleveland property

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic indicates a small outdoor fire near FM 1725 in Cleveland. Fire units, including a tanker and district resources, initially responded with emergency traffic, then slowed their response after confirmation that the fire appeared to be out. During the same period, responders were also sent to a separate call for a 69-year-old man with chest pain and to a possible verbal disturbance between family members at a residence on Lamar.
