Reported missing 18-year-old located at apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to an apartment near Main Street for a welfare check on a young adult with autism who had reportedly not returned after taking out the trash. A description of his clothing was broadcast, and officers searched the area. It was later determined he had gone outside briefly for fresh air and then returned to his apartment, and the situation appeared resolved.
