Reckless driver nearly hits cars head on near Clintonville

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a traffic complaint about a red 2008 Ford Fusion reportedly driving recklessly and nearly hitting other vehicles head-on while heading toward Clintonville, possibly in the County Highway DD and Walgreens area.
