Suspicious car parked by cemetery and home

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to check a suspicious black Honda with Black Hawk plates that had been parked since around 1300 hours near a cemetery and a nearby home along Highway E43. A female occupant was reportedly sitting in or near the vehicle, which had been moved from in front of the cemetery to a gravel area nearby.
