Unconfirmed 911 open line near field on El Dorado

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a possible 911 open line from a phone near South El Dorado Avenue and Clarkson, at the northeast end of a field closer to Calusa. Background conversation was heard, but no one spoke directly to dispatch and the presence of an actual emergency could not be confirmed.
