Intoxicated woman found on ground at Cougar Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to an apparent alcohol-related medical call for an intoxicated adult woman reportedly lying on the ground outside an apartment on Cougar Avenue in Cody. She was later reported to have been helped back to her own apartment, but medical responders were still requested to check on her condition.
