Child behaving inappropriately toward siblings

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to an apartment on Pioneer Avenue in Cody for a report that a young child was allegedly acting inappropriately toward younger siblings. The reporting person requested an officer and possible contact with child protective services.
