Small house fire from candle at Lincoln Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a reported residential fire on Lincoln Street in the Cokeburg area, possibly started by a candle. The residents said the fire appeared to be out but there was smoke inside. Fire units arrived, confirmed the fire seemed to be out, completed a safety check and ventilation, and other responding units were canceled or returned to service.
