Reckless driving by dark Dodge minivan on Highway 53

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a driving complaint about an older dark Dodge minivan traveling north on Highway 53 from the Midway area near Cotton, reportedly swerving, straddling the lane line, and hitting the shoulder.
