Motorcycle group blocks lanes and drives recklessly

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers reported a large group of motorcycles traveling on Baltimore Avenue toward College Park, blocking all lanes, driving into oncoming traffic, running red lights, and driving recklessly. Units monitored the group without pursuing them. Some officers were also dispatched to a restaurant on New Hampshire Avenue for a reported disturbance.
