Physical domestic dispute at apartment complex

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a hysterical 911 call about a possible domestic disturbance that had been physical at an apartment complex on North Valley Avenue in Collinsville. The caller reported being near the assailant, then hung up. Units were sent to check the apartments and the parking lot for the people involved.
