Person with chest pain and low heart rate near South 6th Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, responders were dispatched to a medical emergency for chest pain near South 6th Avenue in Columbus. Radio reports indicated the patient had a very low heart rate, difficulty breathing, a history of AFib, and was being sent in at the family doctor’s request.
