Vehicle hits power pole and leaves scene

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to the south end of the Colusa fairgrounds for a reported vehicle that struck a power pole. The vehicle had left the area, and there were no reported injuries, but the pole appeared to be damaged and close to breaking.
