Lost child reunited with father in Combined Locks

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to conduct a welfare check in Combined Locks after a caller reported finding a young boy, possibly with special needs, running around crying and unable to find his mother near South Washington Street. The child’s father was later located and took custody of the boy at a residence on that street.
