Person fell, has head and neck pain in Comfrey home

As discussed during the dispatch call, a medical emergency occurred near North Prairie Street where a patient fell in the kitchen and moved to the living room. The patient feels dizzy, has a non-bleeding left-side laceration, and experiences head and neck pain. First responders and ambulance were on scene with an estimated arrival time of seven minutes.
