Rear-end crash on state route 104 at Southern Point

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a rear end collision on state route 104 near Southern Point Boulevard. Multiple fire and medic units were dispatched, and it was reported that people involved appeared to be out of the vehicles and moving around.
