Vehicle strikes cow on Spring Mill Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a motor vehicle striking a cow at the intersection of two routes near Spring Mill Road in Concord. The caller reportedly left the scene, and the cow was said to still be alive in a ditch.
