Report of vehicle incident outside city

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible vehicle-related incident that occurred elsewhere in the county. The reporting party drove a silver Chevy Traverse to a Walmart and is parked at the south end of the lot near where semi trucks park.
