Traffic lanes closed after person removed from bridge

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a traffic incident on a bridge along Northwest Washington in Congerville, Illinois. All lanes were temporarily closed while fire personnel retrieved a person from the top of the bridge, and the roadway was then reopened.
