Man injured in reported crash near cafe; no motorcycle found

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews in the Converse area responded to a reported traffic crash in front of a cafe. The initial caller mentioned a possible motorcycle, but responders on scene said the roadway was clear, the patient was inside a vehicle, and no motorcycle was present. Radio traffic indicated it may have involved an electric bicycle. The male patient was reported injured and bleeding.
