Blue Honda Civic swerving into northbound traffic

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were asked to locate a blue Honda Civic reportedly swerving into traffic near mile marker 110 on northbound Highway 53 near Cook, Minnesota. The vehicle’s license plate was broadcast and was said to match a blue Honda registered to someone from Duluth.
