Minibus and gray SUV crash blocking intersection

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a collision involving a minibus and a gray SUV blocking at Dixon Ave and Great Neck Rd. "Negative PI" was reported, and handicapped children are said to be on the minibus.
