Hospital transfer declined due to fog and weather

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews discussed a possible inter-facility medical transport from a hospital in Corning to a hospital in Rochester that was declined because of fog and unsafe weather conditions. Air transport services reported being out of service due to the weather.
