As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a possible fight/argument with screaming involving a male, his girlfriend, and a neighbor near Main St and Frederick. The male party, (name withheld), was last seen walking toward Randall and Middleton. It was unknown whether any weapons, drugs, or alcohol were involved.
