Report of person waving possible gun in parking lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers investigated a possible disturbance near SW 1st St in Corvallis after reports of a person waving an item that may have resembled a firearm in a parking lot. The caller, observing from a block away, was uncertain about what they saw and initially called due to loud music. Responding units found the parking lot empty.
