Officers check report of man speaking to child near 35th St

As discussed during the dispatch call, police were dispatched to the area of North 35th Street in Riverbend following a report of a man in a maroon four-door car wearing a black mask who spoke to a child waiting for a bus. The man reportedly suggested the child enter his car because of cold weather. The child did not enter the vehicle, and officers were requested to check the area.
