Suspicious vehicle reported at Cumberland Street home

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reported a suspicious black Dodge Ram that had briefly entered a complainant’s driveway near Cumberland Street in Cowan before leaving toward Winchester. Officers were advised to watch for the vehicle in the Cowan and Winchester areas.
