Cyclists threaten pedestrians in street near Centennial

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded near Centennial Avenue and Lyons for reports of two men on bicycles allegedly harassing people in the street, making threats to beat and kill them, and creating a traffic hazard. A caller also planned to meet officers after picking up her child to file a report.
