Report of possible domestic situation at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a third-party report of a possible domestic situation at a residence on Briar Hill Road. The complainant said her husband, who reportedly has a history of domestic issues, mental decline, and possible alcohol use, may be heading to the home to stay overnight.
