Truck stuck under low bridge on First and Goliad

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic indicates an 18-wheel truck became stuck or blocked by a low overpass at First and Goliad and was expected to slowly back up toward East Goliad to clear the area. Officers were checking a driver’s identification and vehicle registration during the traffic incident.
