Juvenile refusing to exit van; agitated and possible self-harm concern

As discussed during the dispatch call, police were dispatched to a group home near Hicksville Rd for a juvenile behavioral incident. A 13-year-old was reported inside a van refusing to get out, banging on the windows, and possibly attempting self-harm; the caller also reported the juvenile was physically aggressive with an employee the prior night.
