Parking lot hit-and-run at Liberty on Reliance Road

Called in by the clerk saying one of the drivers came in and said his vehicle was struck in a parking lot.

Unknown injuries, unknown vehicle description, and it's possibly on the side with a tractor and trailer, so the caller couldn't provide anything else.
