Intoxicated man in custody at Packard bus stop

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were sent to the intersection of South Packard Avenue and East Birchwood Avenue for a man in police custody who was described as extremely intoxicated at a bus stop. The responding fire unit was later told it could disregard.
