Traffic stop on BMW with expired driver license

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conducted a traffic stop near the (number withheld) block of US 87 southbound involving a white BMW. The driver’s license appeared to be expired and not eligible for renewal, while the vehicle registration and insurance were reported as current.
