Man conscious with severe back pain in apartment fire alarm

As discussed during the dispatch call, a medical emergency appears to have occurred near Fourth Avenue in Cumberland involving an adult male who was found unconscious but later conscious and complaining of severe back pain. Police and fire units are on scene. A fire alarm was also reported at the location.
