Caller fears unwanted visit from possibly drunk neighbor

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies respond to a suspicious incident near Knox Road and 2000 East after a caller reported that a former neighbor repeatedly contacted him, was behaving oddly, and might be heading to his residence while possibly intoxicated and unwanted.
