Deputy checks hang-up call with children heard

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received an open-line hang-up call from a residence where children could be heard talking before the call disconnected. A nearby deputy responded to check on the welfare of those at the location, which previously had a medical breathing-difficulty call in January.
