Suspicious person reported on West College Drive

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a report of a possible suspicious man wearing a (description withheld) and (description withheld) near a home on West College Drive. The man reportedly came to the front door twice and then stayed near a corner of the property. It is unknown if he had any weapons.
