Person having seizure after a fall at Dalzell home

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers reported a possible medical emergency at a home near Scott Street in Dalzell after a daughter called saying her father had fallen and might be having a seizure with foaming at the mouth. EMS was sent, and it was treated as a medical rather than police matter.
