Forced door alarm investigated at Capitol Court

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a forced door alarm at the Annex on Capital Court near the north ramp exit. Camera footage showed a woman with a backpack leaving the building and closing and securing the door after finding it unlocked.
