84-year-old female unresponsive and possibly having stroke

As discussed during the dispatch call, an ambulance was dispatched to a location on Houlton Road in Danforth for an adult woman who was feeling very cold and not speaking clearly. Radio traffic indicated a possible stroke or cardiac emergency, and responders were coming from outside the immediate area.
