As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical services responded to a call near Bella Drive at Eastern Shore Health and Rehab for an elderly male patient experiencing difficulty breathing and low oxygen levels. The patient was located on the third floor in room (number withheld) and was conscious and breathing.
