Woman experiencing shoulder pain and numbness at Rubenstein Center

As discussed during the dispatch call, eMS responded to the Rubenstein Center near Forestry Camp Road in Davis for a possible medical emergency involving a 59-year-old woman with shoulder pain, arm numbness, lightheadedness, and high blood pressure. One unit initially reported a refusal, and additional units were dispatched and arrived on scene.
